TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Your membership account will be activated instantly upon submitting our online application form.
  • Your application is considered complete upon collecting your Club QFX Card at one of our ticket counters.
  • Club QFX card will be used to verify the authenticity of a transaction. Absense of the card can result in denial of Club QFX services.
  • You need to present your Club QFX card at our ticket counters to credit points gained from offline ticket purchase to your Club QFX account.
  • Points are NOT earned when redeeming complimentary passes or reward tickets.
  • Your reward cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The membership card is valid for 2 years the date of join, unless extended by QFX Cinemas. After the expiration of the validity period you will have to renew your membership.
  • A Club QFX card is not a debit or credit card and it is the member’s duty not to misuse it. Misuse of Club QFX card and it's benefits can result in the termination of the membership at the discretion of QFX Cinemas.
  • In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Card, it is your responsibility to inform QFX Cinemas as soon as possible via email. NRs. 150 will be charged in case of re-issuance of the Club QFX card.
  • Maintaining the secrecy of your online login information is your responsibility. Failing to do so can result in the misuse of some your previleges.
  • Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • QFX Cinemas reserved the right to alter or discontinue the program or rewards at any time without any liability or notice to members.
